On the ground floor is the entrance, a hall and two rooms, as well as a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. You will also find in the hall two closets, one with a washing machine and a dryer and the other with the meter cupboard. One of the room, “the garden room”, gives access to a sunny garden oriented south-west.
A staircase leads to the first floor.There is the second toilet on this floor and a spacious living room. There are a balcony on both sides of the house for enjoying the sun. Fully equipped open kitchen with an induction cooktop, 2 combi microwave ovens grill, an extraction hood, a dishwasher and 2 large fridge freezers.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but only in the garden and on the balconies.
The landlord has a licence to rent the premises by room. Therefore 4 individuals (not related) might register at the rented house. The short-term tenancy agreement is for the term of one (1) year. After termination of the tenancy agreement, the landlord and the tenant may, but without any obligation, discuss a new tenancy agreement.
The tenant rents
- A bedroom on the ground floor or on the second floor;
- Have the use of the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor or on the second floor, depending of the room’s situation;
The tenant shares with the other tenants the common areas such as:
- The washing machine ‘s closet, the garden and the driveway on the ground floor;
- The toilet, kitchen and living room on the first floor.
Room rental: The rent per room is €550,-/month. The tenant will pay an additional amount of € 125,- for the fee in connection with ADSL/WIFI, electricity, gas and water for consumption. The landlord will provide a detailed statement once a year or after termination of the rental agreement.
The tenant pays monthly the rent and the fee for ADSL/WIFI, electricity, gas and water for consumption, in advance on the first day of the month.
Deposit of 1 month’s rent, i.e. 550 Euro’s paid before the start of the rental period.
Rental of the whole house to 1 person/family: The rental price is € 2,300 per month. Gas, electricity, water, ADSL/WIFI, waste levy, etc. are paid directly by the tenant to the suppliers
The rent is paid in advance on the first day of the month.
Deposit of 1 month’s rent, i.e. € 2,300 before the start of the rental period.
